§ 16. Ordinances and resolutions to continue.

Latest version.

All ordinances, resolutions, policies and rules of county and sanitary district governments applying within the area of the newly incorporated City of Kannapolis shall continue in full force and effect until modified by the governments establishing them or by the City of Kannapolis as provided by general law.
