§ 5. Meetings of the commission.

All meetings of the commission shall be open to the public, as provided in Article 33C of Chapter 143 of the General Statutes (the Open Meeting Law). The commission shall adopt a schedule of regular meetings and may hold special meetings upon reasonable notice to all members.
