§ 9-96. Revocation or temporary suspension of permit.

No permit under this article shall be issued to any applicant if any of the persons required to be investigated under section 9-86 have been convicted of any felony or of a crime involving fraud, theft or receiving or possessing stolen property in the five (5) years immediately preceding the date of the permit application.

The conviction of any person required to be investigated under section 9-86 for any felony or for any crime involving fraud, theft or receiving or possessing stolen property or for any violation of this article shall constitute grounds for immediate revocation by the city council of the privilege permit issued to such secondhand precious metal business.
