§ 10-310. Unlicensed vehicles—Parking prohibited in residential primary zoning district.

An automobile, truck and/or trailer of any size and/or type without a current license plate and a current vehicle safety inspection emblem shall not be parked and/or stored within any residential primary zoning district as indicated on the zoning ordinance map for a period exceeding sixty (60) days unless contained within a completely enclosed building. Any vehicle not found in compliance with this requirement will constitute a separate offense.
