§ 10-211. Generally.

(a)

Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, whenever streets or portions of streets are designated as loading and unloading zones in accordance with the provisions of this article, parking and standing are permitted in those locations, but only in accordance with the provisions of this article.

(b)

The manager is hereby authorized to set apart spaces for loading zones, mailing zones, passenger loading zones, school loading zones, taxi stands and other places in which no parking or limited parking is permitted.
