§ 10-212. Passenger loading zones.

Whenever a passenger loading zone is designated and signed, no person may park any vehicle in any such zone for any purpose other than the expeditious loading or unloading of passengers, and then only for a period not to exceed fifteen (15) minutes. The driver of such vehicle must remain in or at the vehicle.
