§ 10-171. Parking lots for limited use.

(a)

The manager may mark off and designate parking spaces on property owned by or leased to the city for the use of equipment and vehicles owned or operated by the city, for use by designated city officials or employees, or by such other persons as the manager may determine. The manager may establish policies, procedures, rules or regulations for use of such parking areas and may provide for the enforcement thereof.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for any person to use any space on city-owned or leased property or to park any vehicle thereon in violation of this division or any policy, procedure, rule or regulation adopted pursuant to this division.
