§ 10-34. Turning; lane use.

(a)

Whenever, pursuant to subsections 10-31(a) and (b) herein, appropriate traffic-control devices are installed to indicate that turns or movements are prohibited or required, no person may drive any vehicle contrary to the directions of any such traffic-control device.

(b)

The manager may install appropriate traffic-control devices to inform drivers of prohibited or permitted turns and/or lane use controls at those locations where there is the need for such controls.
