§ 2-1. City boundaries.

Until modified in accordance with law, the boundaries of the City of Kannapolis are those established pursuant to Section 11 of Chapter 191, Session Laws of the 1983 General Assembly of North Carolina. These boundaries, and any modifications made to them in accordance with law, are shown on a map that is maintained in the office of the city clerk.
