§ 9-305. Penalty.

Each violation shall be enforced and punished in accordance with any provision contained in section 1-14 of this Code. Further, violators shall be subject to a civil penalty in the amount of five hundred dollars ($500.00) per violation. Each day any single violation continues shall be considered a separate violation and subject to a civil penalty in the amount of five hundred dollars ($500.00).
