§ 9-301. Purpose.

It is hereby found and declared that the reasonable regulation of electronic gaming establishments is necessary to protect the health, safety and welfare of the people of the city and the provisions herein are ordained for the purpose of regulating and restricting certain activities of establishments engaged in electronic gaming operations.
