§ 9-64. Prohibited acts.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any health club as defined herein to knowingly provide, allow or permit a massage to be given by a person to another person of the opposite sex.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for any masseur or masseuse to massage a person of the opposite sex.

(c)

It shall be unlawful for any person to massage or offer to massage the private parts of another for hire. "Private parts" shall mean the penis, scrotum, mons veneris, vulva or vaginal area.
