§ 9-25. Health permits.

The application of any merchant engaged in the sale of food, which requires a "food service permit" from the Cabarrus or Rowan Health Department, must acquire such permit prior to receiving the license contemplated by this article. Such merchant's equipment shall be subject to inspections by the health department at the time of application and at periodic intervals thereafter.
