§ 7-109. Ownership of materials.

Pursuant to G.S. 160A-317(b)(3), recyclables placed in a recycling container owned or operated by the city or its designee for collecting such recyclables or in a multi-family recycling container are deemed abandoned by such person(s) and become the property of the city or its designee upon collection.
