§ 7-93. Bulk containers required equal to need; pickup platform.

Commercial, industrial, business, office buildings, and multioccupancy buildings that generate solid waste in excess of five (5) thirty-five-gallon containers per week are required to store solid waste in bulk containers. Containers shall be four (4), six (6) or eight (8) cubic yards capacity, equivalent to need and of a type that may be serviced by mechanical pickup facilities. All developers and/or owners are required to install a pickup platform for the storage of said bulk containers.
