§ 7-71. Generally.

  • (a)

    Bulk containers shall be required for multi-family residential facilities.

    (b)

    Bulk containers shall be provided by the collection agency at the rate of one-half (0.5) cubic yard per residential unit. Additional capacity may be provided at the cost of the multi-family facility management.

    (c)

    Multi-family residential facility owners are required to participate in the city's bulk container collection program. The city will impose a minimum fee for bulk container collection.
