§ 7-57. Additional rollout container.

  • Requests for additional 96-gallon rollout containers at the same property address shall be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval of additional container(s) shall be contingent upon an investigation by the City to determine whether an actual need exists. The additional rollout container's purchase price shall be based upon the actual cart cost to the City, including assembly, delivery and sales tax and assessed as a purchase payment as per section 7-37, Charges and fees. If the second container belonging to the owner or occupant is in need of maintenance or repair, they may elect for the City to perform said repairs as per the City's Schedule of Fees.
