§ 7-34. Methods of disposal.

Latest version.

Solid waste may be disposed of only in one (1) of the following ways:
(1)

In a sanitary landfill approved by the division of health services;

(2)

In an incinerator which has received all necessary local, state and federal permits;

(3)

In a solid waste container as provided herein;

(4)

By any other method approved by the division of health services.
