§ 5-2. Fire use service fees and charges.

(a)

A schedule of fire use service fees and charges for development/construction fees, annual inspection fees, stand-by (nonemergency) fees and such other fees and charges and the amount of such fees and charges relating to fire services shall be established by the city council from time to time.

(b)

Payment of fees and charges for fire use services shall be made in such amounts, at such times and in accordance with the schedule of fire use service fees and charges.
