§ 3-3. The Rowan County animal control ordinance—Adopted.

The Rowan County animal control ordinance, as adopted on November 6, 1989, is hereby adopted in its entirety and shall be effective in all that portion of the City of Kannapolis that lies within the County of Rowan.
