§ 2-3. Divisions and offices within departments.

(a)

The city manager is hereby empowered to establish or amend such divisions within each of these departments as may be consistent with the efficient administration of the city.

(b)

The city manager is hereby empowered to establish or amend such offices within the office of the city manager as may be consistent with the efficient administration of the city.
