§ 17-36. Persons authorized to turn off water, operate valves.

No plumber, owner or other unauthorized person shall turn the water on or off at any city valve or meter valve or disconnect or remove the meter. The city is to be notified if any valves, services, etc., need to be closed or temporarily disconnected. A city representative will comply.
