§ 15-1. Required acceptance by council of dedicated street, alley, etc.

The city shall not be or become responsible for the opening or maintenance of or for any damages resulting from the use of any street, alley or public way or grounds laid out and dedicated to the public use by any person until the same shall have been accepted by the council.
