§ 13-1. Plan review, permit and processing fee schedule.

(a)

A schedule of plan review, permit and processing fee schedule for development/construction fees and such other fees and charges and the amount of such fees and charges relating to planning and zoning services shall be established by the city council from time to time.

(b)

Payment of fees and charges for planning and zoning services shall be made in such amounts, at such times and in accordance with the plan review permit and processing fee schedule.
