§ 11-59. Reinstatement of permit.

Latest version.

An alarm permit that has been revoked may be reissued if the alarm user:
(1)

Submits an updated application and pays a one hundred dollar ($100.00) administrative fee, and;

(2)

Pays or otherwise resolves all fees and penalties assessed in accordance with this article and;

(3)

Submits a letter from their alarm company that the alarm system has been inspected and repaired (if necessary) by the alarm company.
