§ 10-314. Administration; enforcement.

The chief of police and the city zoning administrator shall be responsible for the administration and enforcement of this article. The chief of police shall be responsible for administration and enforcement of this article for situations on the public streets and highways within the city and on property owned by the city. The city zoning administrator shall be responsible for administration and enforcement of this article for situations on private property.
