§ 10-305. Motor vehicle tax for public transportation levied.

There is hereby levied a motor vehicle tax for public transportation of five dollars ($5.00) per year on every classified motor vehicle resident within the City of Kannapolis. Taxes shall be collected in accordance with G.S. Section 105-330.5.
