§ 10-301. Definitions.

[For the purposes of this article, the following terms and phrases shall have meanings ascribed to them:]

Classified motor vehicle means a motor vehicle classified under Article 22A, Chapter 105 of the General Statutes of North Carolina.

Resident within the City of Kannapolis means any classified motor vehicle with situs in the City of Kannapolis and subject to taxation under this article.
