§ 10-215. Mailing zone.

Whenever a mailing zone is designated and signed, no person may park any vehicle in any such zone for any purpose other than while an occupant of such vehicle is actually inserting mail into a mailbox immediately adjacent to said vehicle, unless such vehicle is waiting to approach said mailbox for such purpose.
