§ 10-196. Rates.

For any vehicle to be deemed legally parked in any parking meter space, there shall have been deposited in the meter controlling such space, at the initial time of parking of such vehicle, a coin or coins of the denomination or denominations as indicated on said meter and as established in the traffic-control schedule.
