§ 10-147. Lights on parked vehicles.

(a)

The lighting required by G.S. Section 20-134 on parked vehicles need not be displayed upon any vehicle when parked in accordance with this chapter upon a street where there is sufficient light to reveal any person within a distance of two hundred (200) feet upon such street.

(b)

Any lighted headlamps upon a parked vehicle shall be depressed or dimmed.
