§ 10-143. Parking for certain purposes.

No person may park any vehicle upon any street while:

(1)

Washing, servicing or repairing such vehicle, except to the extent necessitated by an emergency;

(2)

Storing such vehicle for more than twenty-four (24) continuous hours;

(3)

Using the vehicle for advertising;

(4)

Transferring merchandise or freight from one (1) vehicle to another, except within a loading zone;

(5)

Using the vehicle to present shows, exhibitions or entertainment of any kind.
