§ 10-94. Riding on bicycles.

(a)

No bicycle shall be used to carry more persons at one time than the number for which it is designed or equipped, except that an adult rider may carry a child securely attached to his or her backpack or sling.

(b)

No person operating a bicycle shall carry any person upon the handlebars or frame of any such bicycle, and no person shall so ride upon any such bicycle.
