§ 10-92. Riding on roadways.

(a)

Every person operating a bicycle upon a roadway shall ride as near to the right side of the roadway as practicable, exercising due care when passing a standing vehicle or one proceeding in the same direction.

(b)

Persons riding bicycles upon a roadway shall ride in a single file, except in areas where riding two (2) abreast is permitted.

(c)

Unless specifically designated otherwise, no person shall ride or operate a bicycle on a roadway in any direction except that permitted for vehicular traffic travelling on the same side of the roadway.
